The Taylor County Expo Center has been extremely busy during this pandemic crisis. The $55 million dollar upgrade and renovation that came about because of the bond election has continued on without hesitation.

Today the progress continues with the naming of the livestock barn that was built in 'Phase-1' of a three part process. The livestock barn will now be called the First Financial Pavilion. First Financial Bank entered into a four year agreement with the Taylor County Expo to have the naming rights to the new barn.

The Expo Center Board of Directors and Staff are pleased to announce our partnership with First Financial Bank in the naming of the livestock barn as the First Financial Pavilion. First Financial Bank is a true asset to our community and has been a significant part of the success of the Expo Center.   Rochelle Johnson, Expo Center General Manager and Executive Vice President

The Taylor County Expo Center, the new buildings and pavilion serve many different rodeos, youth livestock shows, roping events, barrel racing, cutting events and other agriculture related events. The First Financial Pavilion will also be the home for the West Texas Fair & Rodeo youth livestock showings and the Taylor County Livestock Show in January.
