Fans in the market for a nearly $1.5 million home in Rutherford Country, Tenn., can score quite the country music collectible by purchasing singer-songwriter Randy Houser's massive house and rural property. The country star has put his home up for sale.

The 7,000-square-foot French country farmhouse home of Houser, his wife Tatiana and their newborn son Huckleberry sits on a 13.25-acre lot. Other amenities include a “party barn,” a seven-car garage and a pond. Readers can get a peek inside by flipping through the gallery above.

To give you an idea of the total cost of a $1,499,000 home, the listing’s fine print says that the new owners should expect to pay $5,977 per year in taxes. Even with a favorable home loan agreement, that nearly amounts to a $6,500 monthly payment.

Per Cory Holman of Compass Real Estate, Houser's home was built in 2015, the year before he and Tatiana got married. The Tennessean reports that the Housers decided to move from tiny Christiana, Tenn., to the Nashville area to be closer to family after the June birth of Huckleberry.

Houser first made a name for himself as one of Jamey Johnson's frequent co-writers. The pair’s collaborations include Trace Adkins' “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” and Jesse James’ “My Cowboy.” He released his newest album, Magnolia, a souful, blues-tinged project, in January.
