Justin Fabus, ‘Remedy’ [Exclusive Premiere]

Pennsylvania-bred country artist Justin Fabus is premiering his new song "Remedy" exclusively for readers of The Boot. Press play below to listen.

According to Fabus, "Remedy" was written about the necessary healing power of a good relationship: "It’s hard enough today for anyone to date," the singer tells The Boot. "It’s even more difficult when you start seeing someone who has been really hurt and broken down by their previous relationship."

""Remedy" is about breaking down that person’s walls -- reassuring them to lay their hurt and insecurities on you while showing them how special they really are," Fabus adds.

On the scene since 2013, Fabus has won a loyal fan base and shared stages with major country artists including Gary Allan and Randy Houser. "Remedy" is the title track of Fabus' major-label debut album, a personal project written and recorded as his mother underwent treatment for pancreatic cancer. On the record, Fabus employs the songwriting talents of writers including Tony Lucca and Joe Henry.

Remedy is set for release on June 22. In support of the forthcoming record, Fabus is currently out on tour, with dates scheduled throughout the summer, including an appearance at the 2018 CMA Music Festival in Nashville. Visit JustinFabus.com for more details.
