Jason Aldean's son Memphis saw his country superstar dad play live for the very first time on Saturday evening (May 25) at an Oklahoma tour stop, and Aldean took a moment to bring the toddler onstage to greet the crowd. Press play above to watch fan-shared video of the sweet moment.

"Usually he's in bed by the time we're playing our show, so he got to go to his first show tonight," Aldean told the crowd as he held his son, who will turn two years old in December of 2019.

"You havin' fun?" Aldean asked, offering his son the microphone. However, Memphis didn't have much to say to the audience -- in fact, he simply looked sleepy and a little baffled as the crowd cheered for him. The singer waved his son's hand, inciting a sweet scowl from the child. Aldean went on to say that Memphis was mostly interested in the camera, and that he had stood up and pointed to the camera before joining his dad onstage.

"It's past his bedtime," Aldean explained, kissing his son on the cheek before returning the boy to his mom, Brittany, who was waiting on the sidelines.

In the midst of a busy summer of festival dates and performances, Aldean recently announced that he will be co-headlining Luke Bryan's 2020 Crash My Playa in January. He has also been busy with family life. His three-month-old daughter, Navy, was rushed to the emergency room on Monday (May 20) with a stomach bug and a fever. He later updated fans to say that the baby had been released from the hospital and was back to being healthy and happy after her illness.
