Americana supergroup I’m With Her have released their first official single, “Little Lies.” Readers can press play below to hear it.

Comprised of Nickel Creek’s Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz and Aoife O’Donovan, “Little Lies” is I’m With Her’s first original song. Watkins, Jarosz and O’Donovan wrote and produced “Little Lies” together, and recorded it back in May at United Recording in Los Angeles, Calif. The video for the song, filmed by Todd Cooper, features behind-the-scenes footage of the trio of women in the studio, showing off their stunning harmonies and impeccable instrumentation.

I’m With Her has its origins in an impromptu performance at the 2014 Telluride Bluegrass Festival, which resulted in Watkins, Jarosz and O'Donovan writing and touring together, all while managing their increasingly successful solo careers. Back in 2015, the trio released a 7” record via Sugar Hill Records and Yep Rock Records, featuring just two songs: a cover of John Hiatt’s “Crossing Muddy Watters” and an a cappella cover of “Be My Husband” by Andy Stround. That project has the three artists billed together under each of their names.

Throughout this summer, I’m With Her are touring across the country, making stops in Georgia, Ohio, New York, Rhode Island and more. Fans can learn more about the tour at ImWithHerBand.com.
