Florida Georgia Line member Brian Kelley and his wife Brittney have listed their 70-acre Tennessee estate for sale, with an asking price of $6.24 million. Readers can flip through the photo gallery above to see the massive property, which includes recreational buildings and bars, three separate homes and a 500-square-foot recording studio in the trees.

Kelley's treetop recording studio was built by Pete Nelson of Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters in 2014. Kelley said when it was built that he intended to write and record new music in the facility, which includes its own bedroom with a circular bed, along with a patio and living room, and is connected to the main house by a 30-foot bridge.

Personal touches run throughout the Kelleys' entire property, reflecting the couple's love of nature and travel. "Our inspiration was to be as natural as possible and camouflage into the woods," Kelley tells the Tennessean. "Our interior design inspiration has always been combining mine and Brittney's love and travels. Our living space is inspired by everywhere we have gone and everyone we have met."

The Kelleys' house is also home to some very special personal memories for the couple: The pair got married at the tucked-away homestead shortly after purchasing it in 2013. Although the mountainside house has a remote, tree-hidden feel, the property is just a short drive away from downtown Nashville.

There is no word on why the Kelley and his wife have chosen to sell the property, but it's been been listed with the Bodden Sisters of Exit Realty Music City. For more information, about the listing, go to KelleyCompound.com.
